Scolarships

MEA awards both Summer Camp and College Scholarships to deserving students of MEA teachers. Summer Camp Scholarships are $200 or more and College Scholarships are $1,000-$2000. The Board reserves the right to award more in cases of financial hardship. We hope you will encourage your students to apply and that you will be generous in your contributions so that we can continue to help as many students as possible. You may also make a contribution as a tribute. Birthday, anniversary, graduation, get-well, In Memorian and other events may be acknowledged by contributing to the MEA-MNJ (Mary Jean Nelson) Scholarship Fund. A letter of acknowledgement and your special message will be sent to the honoree. Contributions are fully tax-deductible.
